Whole area is all torn up and damaged

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8114565.

Cars driving all over the grass to get to property's- cars being left overnight blocking the path ways. The grass area is all torn up and the path is all broken and uneven. Would be good to have a fence along the top. There has been accidents and injuries due to this.
