Temp traffic lights up for no reason
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8113096.
02/09/25 approx 1730pm , traffic backed up for miles along A45 , ditchford lane and masefield drive. no work taking place, no sign of work taking place,just temp lights and a man sitting in a van alone, looking at his phone. why put up lights and cause chaos when work isnt ready to start ? i went past this morning at 0630am , temp lights still up, again ,nothing happening, no one there at all.
