Over hanging vegetation causing obstruction

Layby in middle of Geddington Rd Corby outside DK Concrete and Corby Hose and Hydraulics, vegetation is causing it hard to see if it safe to drive out of lay by plus some vehicles are hiding bags in big heavy bush and other vehicles come and remove these bags, looks suspicious
