BW obstructed by a loose bull
Reported via desktop in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 11:19, Wed 3 September 2025
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8112572.
Loose bull in yard infront of farmhouse. Farmer stopped us from passing as he assumed “nobody would use his BW”. We continued on our journey by riding through his farmyard. Not acceptable had he not been there and heard us approaching
