Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8112549.

Was reported previously and they were moved, but they have now been moved back to the original position. On the way to Corby from Weldon there are blinding spotlights that are causing blurred vision on approach to the roundabout where there are lots of roadworks. This is an accident waiting to happen. Please fix asap
