Tree trunk overgrown restricting vision from Mulso Road

The tree trunk is overgrown and restricts vison when coming out of Mulso Rd onto Wellingborough Road - could not see up the road when a lorry was coming - a member of the public was witnessed hacking at the stump (roadside) last night
