Sign left behind after roadworks.

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8104381.

This is the second time i have reported this sign. Someone came out and said it was because roadworks were still ongoing so didn't take the sign. Roadworks are now finished and the sign is still there as i knew it would be because it was nothing to do with the current roadworks and left behind long before.
