The path directly outside number 59 is collapsing

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8103512.

The path directly outside number 59 is collapsing, this is pulling the garden walls down and making the gate posts lean inwards, making it so the gate can't shut. This is made worse by bin lorries being forced to drive on the path due to parked cars.
