Resident has made his own driveway by using cement on highway

..so his car can mount the pavement with minimal fuss. the road has been narrowed by the two mounts of cement

  • The material is concrete, not cement. Additionally this is causing the water to go into the middle the road instead of the drains, this could cause issues if it freezes as it is a thin road. This is also potentially a trip hazard.
