Vegetation causing significant safety issue

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8083555.

Apparently no one is taking responsibility about the vegetation despite it causing a safety issue for road users and pedestrians crossing from the road. It doesn't matter whose it is but someone needs to sort it immediately.
