Branches from willow overhanging and blocking footpath.

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8078372.

Branches now almost ground level and blocking footpath. This is main walkway and used by many including children on way to school. There is a danger walkers will step into road to avoid. No pathway on other side of road. Wheelchair users and parents with pushchairs have to fight through the branches
