The vehicle crossover to our driveway has sunken badly and is showing signs of deterioration.

The vehicle crossover on the pavement outside our property (9, Parklands Close) has sunken badly. We are concerned that there is a risk of damage to vehicles when they drive over this as there is quite a difference in height between the footway concrete edging and the tarmac wearing course.
