New road markings inconsistent and causing near misses
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8057540.
A New lane has been put in, no signage to explain where the new lanes go on approach. The road has a straight arrow as if you can sit in the new left hand lane to go straight but then is a left only arrow further up where you can't see it when vehicles are over it. It is causing cars to cut across straight in front of the other lanes and it is near impossible to get out of little stanion now because you have three lanes of traffic all coming straight over, even when you know they aren't meant to be. It needs a sign further back and high for lorries, the road markings need to be one or the other and much clearer and further back. Traffic lights on this roundabout would also stop the accidents and near misses. It is so unsafe.
