Vegetation overhanging footpath

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8049957.
Either side of Kestel on Hemingwell Road the footpath is obstructed by vegetation. This happens every year and needs to be set as a calendar event by the authority that is responsible. THIS IS URGENT AS FOLK ARE FORCED TO WALK ON THE ROAD.

Having to walk on the road now to pass other people walking. May I remind you that this is used as a walking route to school.

Had to walk on the road again yesterday with my back to the traffic to pass children walking to school. There is no alternative path.☹️☹️☹️☹️
