Dangerous new road markings

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8049951.

Approaching Corby on the A43 from Kettering on the link road the road has very recently been widened into 3 lanes. At first the left lane has a road marking for left turn and/or straight ahead the middle lane is marked straight ahead. Then in a very short distance the left lane has a left turn only. But if drivers don’t have time to realise and change lanes because they to want to go straight ahead this often results in 3 vehicles fighting for 2 Hanes side by side. Please investigate
