Three safety pollards missing opposite the exit of South End Junior School.

These bollards were erected for the safety of pedestrian children crossing the road to and from school, there are also double yellow lines. Parents collecting their children from school think it is OK to park on this verge and the safety of the children is compromised. I have reported two missing and one about to collapse before but you have refused to do anything about it. The end one has now collapsed and my 91 year old husband is attempting to replace it. Considering the rates we pay, he should not have to do this.
