Overhanging shrubs

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8025461.

Shrubs belonging to property on corner of moor house way/foster close are hanging over pathway making it necessary to walk on the road to see any turning traffic. Also access to BT box compromised
