The bush’s overgrown

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8011450.

The bushes are overgrown over the paths. Daughter couldn’t see man coming up ahead and nearly rode into him on bike tried to avoid him and hit lamppost. Thorns all over paths that popped her tyre
