Dead branches on several trees

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7995081.

The trees alongside Warren road and Reservoir road have dead branches which are in danger of falling and injuring members of the public. I've reported this previously and my case got closed today as being completed. Well they're lying because none of the branches have been touched.
