Surface Water Flooding - Blocked Drain?

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7993635.

Sunday 20th July, during a heavy downpour a residents property was again at risk of internal flooding. They had to take steps to help redirect the water and luckily the downpour ended before water entered the property.

Water has on previous occasions entered their property back in 2023. Previous flooding issues were examined by Highways.
