Damaged Bollard at Village Hall

I have been alerted to an issue with the folding bollard to the left-hand side of Wilbarston Village Hall (by the large bins) which has been damaged and temporarily fixed.

Could we understand NNC’s plans for a permanent fixing.

    It has still not been replaced yet, just a temporary fix, village hall would like to know when it will be fixed
