Prow groundworks
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7989065.
We wrote to report this to the planning department and highways, and have been advised to report this through fix my street, so that it goes to the rights-of-way officers. On the public right-of-way GC2 near Braybrooke, there is groundworks taking place, placing terram on the footpath and covering with stone. We believe that this is a criminal offence without the explicit written authority by the prow officer. We look forward to hearing from you.

Investigation: Completed (Reported to another department within NNC) - We have inspected this location and found at this time the access is suitable, we have noted the change in surface conditions and the availability of a natural surface to the sides of the track for this footpath. We cannot comment on any planning application which is dealt with by planning at NNC, however we will make them aware of this enquiry.
