Neglected cycleway/footpath -Hardwick Rd to Harrowden Rd

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7988652.

The surface of this cycleway/footpath, especially between Gleneagles Drive and Harrowden Road, is now so rough that a mountain bike is needed! The journey from Hardwick (where I live) to the nearest Post Office and Redwell Surgery is very uncomfortable.
