5 cm deep hole, and condition of road

We recently reported poleholes in the same area which have been fixed, but we have recently noticed another one which is 5 cm deep in the middle and also the road is looking mess in the area. We are concerned that if this part of the road is not looked at then more holes will appear, which is a worry with winter.
