Overgrown laurel bush

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7981818.
Privately owned property has overgrown laurel bush that is overhanging on to the pubic highway, encroaching on to the footpath making is difficult to walk under. In the winter fallen leaves make the public highway slippery, dangerous and a trip hazard. Please can the owner trim this back
