Hedgerow overgrown

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7970421.

The thorne hedgerow needs cutting back and tidying up as this is against my fence and damaging my fence, the last time this was done it was poorly executed, it all over hangs into my garden as this just grows along and over my fence, thornes hanging into my garden.

    It’s been well over 28 days and still nothing has been cleared?

    Why do I pay council tax for of the jobs don’t get completed within the 28 days stated by yourselves.

    This needs to be completely cleared as I have stated previously it’s damaging my fence and it overhangs into my garden posing a danger as these are thornes.
