Vandalism in the park
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7970021.
A group of children and an adult have been building bycicle ramps in the park out of scrapped pieces of wood, bricks and breeze blocks. In the process the ha dug up huge chunks of grass and are creating very large pot holes in the grass. An adult was helping them with an electric drill. Very unsafe and vandalising the Recreation ground!
