Weeds growing across path

At the end of Western way the weeds are almost across the path brambles also growing out of head with large thorns . The hedges on both sides are poorly maintained causing difficulties in navigating the path .This is an ongoing issue . A trip hazard difficult in a wheelchair or with pushchair
