The footpath between Kings Arms Lane and Duke Strret is in such poor condition. It is uneven, holed and in some places the surface is now reduced to loose material. This material washes away during heavy rain and causes flooding at the Duke’s Street entrance.

The surface is now a trip hazard and loose material causes flooding.
