Leak coming from the drain cover, down the gutter to the roundabout. A6 south bound. Smells bad so I'm assuming foul water

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7951137.

This started off looking like excess rain water draining down but has got much worse and smellier
