Blocked drain run off causing flooding every time we get heavy rain

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7931552.

The road drains run into a pipe which eventually discharges into the stream on the other side of the field. A manhole was built in the field 2 years ago to aid clearance of this re occurring problem however the drain has silted up again and every time we get heavy rain the road floods causing damage to properly
