In one of the disabled parking spots outside of Cancer Research UK, there is a very loose manhole cover

I do not have much information outside of the photo and the summary I gave, but it is by the second pole to the left of Cancer Research UK's entrance. I do not know how long this has been an issue as I have only noticed it today.
