This issue has been reported several times and resolved however every year it grows back and becomes a hazard for driving due to restricted vision,it is impossible to see around the corner and see oncoming cars,also if some is parked opposite it scratches the side of my car when trying to squeeze past, ideally the homeowner needs to remove it permanently to stop this happening every year,in the short term can it be removed if the highwsy for safety reasons
