Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7873191.
Rytons won court case again Kettering Council a number of years ago due to trees around our building causing subsidence. Agricultural report was used in court from DR Frank Hope & Associates, The 2no Maple trees where meant to be keep at the height as per 7.2 and noted within 9.2 within the report. This has not happened we not getting cracking within the building. Criag Bonham from the council has visited Rytons on the 08.07.25 and has more evidence and notes but has told me I have to report here. 30 days notice otherwise further action will be taken.
