Blocked drain on footpath between No11 & No12

Blocked drain on footpath between houses on William Trigg Close leading up to the Adit. Showed to a gentleman today from NNC cleaning drains on WTC. This never gets cleared or the footpath after the leaves fall off end of Autumn/Winter. Has been like this for years and residents clear the footpath from leaves but should not have to do this ourselves. Also please advise why this is never maintained anymore by the council? It use to be.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - So on the 10/7 just have stated this. We are now on 22/7 and no update or contact from you. Please advise asap as to when this will be cleared & added to an on going maintenance schedule for this walk way? This has been neglected now to long.

  • Checked again 13/8/25 10.40 & it is still blocked with waste & leaves. Perhaps someone can advise why this is taking so long?!
