Storms drains blocked with leaves and debris. These haven’t been cleaned for over 3 months. The houses in Benefield Road, opposite the Drill Hall Car park have flooded twice in the past 5 years due to the drains being unable to cope with excessive water during torrential rain. This happened during July August storms. NNC are supposed to keep these drains clear to prevent this. We pay a huge amount of council tax and we are getting no service. All the drains are like this along the lower end of Benefield Road from Milton Road until the Catholic Church. This needs urgent attention and revisiting at least every month.
