Investigation: Completed (Routine Planned Maintenance) - We can confirm that this path is on our annual Rights of Way mowing and clearance programmes. The mowing programme is currently being undertaken and is carried out twice a year during the peak growing season. The clearance programme will be carried out after bird nesting season (October). Any overgrown/obstructing trees or shrubs along the Right of Way will be cleared at this time. Unfortunately we cannot undertake any works in relation to vegetation that is overhanging private gardens. Homeowners are however entitled to cut back any overhanging vegetation to the line of their boundary.
