Toilet condition

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7763681.

These toilets are absolutely disgusting and not fit for purpose. I would recommend closing them down u til something can be done No photographs taken as I didn’t want to stay in there with my 3 year old granddaughter longer than I had to
