Inadequate pothole repair.

This pothole outside 'The Grange' was 'repaired' about three weeks ago. Yet another example of the contractor's negligent carelessness. As seen from the photos, the satellite minihole complete with grass growing in it was included in the yellow paint delineation for repair. Neglecting to repair it together with its surrounding crumbling road surface will inevitably soon result in more remunerative work for the contractor. Who is responsible for monitoring this outfit?
