Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7739032.
The tree is over hanging into my private space and I am unable to open the window in this heat for air circulation, my young child has asthma and he needs regular air circulation as advised by doctors. This tree has overgrown and blocking me from opening the windows without either the birds trying to come inside my house or the branches flapping in my window. In addition I have just had the getters cleaned and now with the overhanging branches the gutters are full again with leafs falling inside them. More than anything I am unable to provide the air circulation for my child. Please attend immediately and have this issues rectified
