With ref to 6921371 under a FOI request by myself, NNC stated that the MINIMUM distance a path should be accessible is 1.0m. From your recent inspection Ref 7707894 by a NNC Qualified Highways Inspector how has this been changed to less than 1.0m? - See photographs above. I would like to request an on site meeting with your NNC representative asap in order to resolve this issue.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the NNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
