Overgrown and touching the phone wires. Branches are falling into callers garden and they are having to get them to the tip

Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the NNC Highways Inspection Manual, the vegetation at this location is not currently meet the intervention criteria.
