The vegetation has grown and pushed the tarmac up, making it uneven and dangerous and is getting worse. its been like this a while there was some works done around the electric or water, which meant this area was dug up, and then tarmac was used as its alternative finish, and getting worse, we have tried to comact down the tarmac, but its not holding up.
