Dead tree

I am writing to report a dead tree located outside 15 Windmill Banks in Higham Ferrers. The tree has been dead for several years, and large sections of bark are now falling off. It appears to be deteriorating further and may pose a safety risk to pedestrians, nearby properties, or vehicles if it were to fall.

Could the relevant team please inspect the tree and take any necessary action?
