Pathway edging is broken, falling onto my property,

The path has been like it for at least 5 years and getting worse. Edging falling, path crumbling, weeds growing in broken path. It's dangerous and unsightly. It is the path at the top of my terraced front garden. First house on right as you turn into close. No 33
