Sunken trench across whole width of carriageway near exit from crematorium

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7687762.

I reported this in November 2024 (6795836) and what appeared to be a temporary repair was carried out sometime afterwards. This repair has now failed and deep potholes have reappeared. Please fix properly asap.
