  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. These works are due to be completed by 24/03/2026 Please be assured that you will receive an update once the works are concluded.
