Dreadful road condition

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7676426.

Road surface badly deteriorated. Really difficult to avoid potholes and bumpy patches all along this stretch. As one of the main ways in and out of Kettering it's an embarrassment! Please advise how /when this road might be restored.... Not just patched .thank you
