Tarmac.missing and loose drain cover

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7675449.

This appears to originally jave been reported on march and has a comment from NNC that it would be fixed before the end of April. Nothing has been done and it clatters all the time day and night with vehicles traversing it disturbing sleep.
