Overgrown bushes and trees overgrown a foot path when walking to the shop have to walk on road a bit because if you walk on the pavement you're going to get a bush in your face so it needs trimming up for people to walk on their pavement properly and not on the road and pavement

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the NNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
